The Fit Fab Co was born out of a personal journey shared by two women - Poonam and Aanal, the kind of journey that's messy, beautiful, exhausting, and empowering all at once.

As two women at different stages of our lives, we often found ourselves juggling motherhood, careers, self-care (if there was time), while having a strong desire to stay active and strong. But every time we searched for tools to support our health and fitness journey, they either didn’t work, didn’t last, or simply didn’t feel like they were truly made for women living the lives we were living.

For Poonam, it was squeezing in a 20-minute pilates session between school runs and work calls and realising the right equipment made all the difference between actually going through with it and giving up entirely.

For Aanal, it was searching for recovery tools after long days and finding products built for someone with an entirely different routine, body, and bandwidth. 

So, we decided to build it ourselves.

We started The Fit Fab Co with one goal: to make wellness feel achievable, not overwhelming. Where fitness gear fits into your real routine, the kind with early mornings, busy days, and unpredictable schedules.

Every product we offer is thoughtfully chosen to be functional, safe, and built to keep pace with women juggling everything whether you're squeezing in yoga during nap time or winding down to recover after a long day. Our collections go beyond fitness, they’re about feeling good, showing up for yourself, and building strength inside and out that truly lasts.

And it's bigger than us. Through #MoveToMatter, a portion of every purchase goes toward funding wellness access for women who wouldn't otherwise have it because showing up for yourself shouldn't be a privilege reserved for a few.
