Why CARE?

We chose CARE because they work where the need is greatest. With women and girls who face not just poverty, but the systematic barriers that make poverty permanent. Healthcare, education, and economic opportunity are not luxuries. They are the foundation that allows any woman to rise.

CARE's programmes focus on three areas where women face the greatest barriers such as access to maternal healthcare and essential health services, girls' education and literacy, and economic empowerment through skill-building and microfinance. Our contribution supports these programmes directly.
