Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email right away, followed by a tracking link once your package is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7 - 14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the item(s) ordered.

As we work with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you the best range of products, delivery times can vary slightly by item. In some cases, you may receive your order in more than one package - don't worry, this is completely normal.

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to local courier issues, peak seasonal demand, weather or any other unforeseen circumstances

We appreciate your patience in these situations. Please note that delivery delays are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders of USD $15 or more. Orders below USD $15 are subject to shipping charges, which vary based on the order value. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number emailed to you once your package ships. Please allow a few days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the system.
